Health & Wellness
More and more people are improving their eating habits in an effort to improve their overall health.

In a recent study, 82% of survey respondents stated that they are eating specific foods to improve their overall health and wellness, 80% for improved immune system function, 73% to prevent getting a specific disease and 68% to diminish the effects of current health problems.

54% of respondents specifically stated that they are making an effort to eat foods rich in antioxidants for protection against free radicals implicated in aging and various chronic illnesses. Of those that are making changes, 53% specifically said that they were eating more fruits and fruit juices. This is great news for grapes!
