Did you know that grape SKINS are rich in Resveratrol?

Blonde-grapes

Resveratrol is one of a group of antioxidant compounds called polyphenols which are found in red wine (and grape skins) that has been reported to have anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. It produces changes that are associated with longer life span, improved cardio vascular health, activation of antioxidant genes, increased metabolism and fat break down, improved sleep and energy levels, promotes normal blood sugar, increases bone strength and aids in diabetic health. There is a lot of research going on now into possible applications of this compound. Some of those include supplements, skin care products and even treatments of obesity related disorders.
